Las empresas con mejor reputación en el mundo
Hace algunos días, me ha llegado a través de Linkedin, un informe sobre la reputación de las empresas en el mundo. Dicho informe es realizado por el Reputation Institute y dio como la empresa de mejor reputación del mundo a Ferrero de Italia (entre 600 empresas rankeadas).
Algunas conclusiones del ranking que adjunto al final son:
- Las empresas que están percibida con reputación alta, luego suelen ser mucho más valoradas por los clientes. Siendo de mucha utilidad para la empresa ya que permite mantenerse a la vanguardia.
- Argentina no tiene empresas dentro del ranking (recuerdo que son un total de 600. También recuerdo que Argentina no tiene empresas!!!)
- Tampoco Chile tiene empresas en el ranking.
- Brasil tiene dos empresas dentro del top ten (Sadia y Petrobras)
- Brasil tiene el segundo mejor porcentaje de cantidad de empresas en el ranking.
- India tiene 27 compañías rankeadas.
- La industria mejor rankeada es la de productos de consumo, seguida por bebidas.
- Las empresas Latinoamericanas que están dentro de las primeras 100 del ranking son: 4º Sadia (Brasil); 5º Petrobras (Brasil); 17º Grupo Bimbo (México); 20º Votorantim (Brasil); 28º Vale (Brasil); 58º FEMSA (México); 63º Gerdau (Brasil); 84º Usiminas (Brazil); 94º LALA (México); 99º Grupo Modelo (México).
La metodología de cálculo está basada en un porcentaje de la percepción de los siguientes indicadores: confianza, estima, admiración y percepción.
